Here is a link to a FB post of a lovely cat that has very likely been taken and dumped far from home. If you are missing a cat, I urge you to scour the Facebook pages which discuss feral cats, cat colonies, as well as strays and lost pets. For some reason many people who start these fb pages have an aversion to posting on craigslist and will not post here, regardless of the fact that this was once the central go to place for locating lost pets. Good luck if you have lost a cat, I got mine back after 4 weeks by posting on Craigslist. She was very likely snatched and dumped, as she was 3.5 miles from home. I hope you get your lost cat back too. One week after I got my cat back, someone I knew found a little dog that had been missing for 3 months and was 50 miles or more from home.
