Applicant must have good references and a clean driving record is a plus. Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Growth opportunities Lively atmosphere The position is FULL TIME and year round, BUT we do work more hours in Spring and Fall than we do in Summer and Winter. Seasonal or shorter term employment arrangements may be considered for the Spring season. We perform physical labor for extended periods of time outside in all weather conditions. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: Varies with the seasons, generally 8-10 hrs a day M-F, 7am start COVID-19 considerations: Our daily work occurs outside in the fresh air.
