Farmhouse Delivery in Austin, TX is looking for frozen food warehouse associates to join our 85 person strong team. We are located on 9715 Burnet Rd Bldg 7, Ste 400. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.This position is responsible for picking and packing frozen proteins and grocery products to fulfill customer orders, as well as maintaining inventory of frozen products that are distributed through our retail and wholesale operations. This job requires you to work in a freezerResponsibilities Using electronic systems daily to generate reports and data to determine production needs Reviewing and comprehending reports and invoices to ensure orders are packed accurately Selecting, counting, and weighing products to fulfill orders with efficiency Assessing quality of products during handling and packing Rotating products as new inventory is delivered Conducting and reporting inventory counts Communicating to customer service, team members and supervisors on quality issues or shortages in a timely manner Document waste and donations using manual and/or computerized systems Provide operational support to retail and wholesale operations team, as needed, which includes, but is not limited to: pre-building produce orders, conducting inventory counts, and organizing inventory storage spaces Required Qualifications, Skills & Competency Experience working with fresh and/or frozen food products is a PLUS Experience working in refrigerated and freezer storage spaces is a PLUS Build systems, where needed, in an effort to create and maintain efficiencies Understand how and when to triage responsibilities, including asking for clarity and assistance Practice detail oriented and thorough approaches to problem solving Perform duties with independence, while maintaining big picture perspective and function within the greater team Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements: Safely operate pallet jacks and other equipment to select, palletize, stage, and/or load customer orders for delivery without error or damage Standing for long periods of time Bending and lifting up to 50 lbs Work in a warehouse environment in both cold and warm environments, including refrigerated and below freezing spaces, for extended periods of time Compensation:30% off purchases at Farmhouse DeliveryHours: Full Time. Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week.
