Amazing Nanny Share: Seeking family to share cost

We have an amazing nanny watching our 9 month old and we would love to share her time with a nearby couple who has a child of similar age. Our nanny is reliable, responsible, loving, communicative, and easy going. She comes over from 8:30am-5:30pm. Our neighbor was previously sharing the nanny but they are moving so we figured we would see if there would be a good fit with another nearby couple. Splitting the cost of a great dedicated nanny has been a fantastic situation and we hope to find a couple that would be part of it.
