Congress can mandate it. States can regulate and oversee the elections. Bar codes... micro-chips... matching photos... if my bank can do it, why not the Gov? and Joe = 2 weeks to Mail 400 million masks to specific individuals/addresses? why not Photo IDs for voters? that's what the politicians don't want. there won't be another '400,000 midnight vote dump'....... w/o raising a red flag. never again. fool me once........
