I found a red tabby cat on Friday 1/21 near the boulevard tunnel in old fourth ward area. He is young. Under a year. Not neutered. No collar. Is sweet and knows how to use a litter box. He was hungry and near the street late at night. Having him scanned for a chip tomorrow at the vet. Let me know if you or someone you know is missing him.
