Need a place to build earthbags for a class or your portfolio?

I have a 2.3 acre bare piece of land near Christmas Valley, OR. We will have it set up with a 32 ft. Travel Trailer on the property (electric, water, propane) and want to do a work trade with someone who has these skills and also has a desire to build their earthbag portfolio up. This would not be ready for living on until at least July 2022. You do not have to live there, either. You can also be an instructor that is looking to hold classes. As long as the students are building the structures that we need in place, this could be a great opportunity for you to make money without investing into land yourself, OR EVEN PAYING SOMEONE RENT. >>>Stay on the property, RENT-FREE for 12 months.
