Looking for paint and body man

Im looking for 1 guy that is ready to do body work and paint and pull frames and so fourth. I have a car dealership on Glendale and 54 ave and have a full body shop behind. I will need you Monday-Friday 500$ per week. You will be paid at the end of every week. Pay can increase when you show your determination and work to 700$. Please don’t waste my time if you think I’m going to pay you 500$ to stand around. Looking for serious guys that are willing to work that have at least 3 to 5 years of experience under their belt. The shop is covered so you won’t be in the sun but it is out side. I have a big porta cooler you are free to use to keep your self cool. I have a paint booth and frame machine and lift you can use it all as needed. Schedule will be made for you by your request at the interview time at my shop and you will have a lunch break just like any other job. I will supply everything you need to work but I do suggest you bring your own paint gun and tools. I expect you to be on time and focused when working. Being on the phone and making mistakes will not be tolerated. I’m a very flexible person so I can play nice but I expect 100% out of you at all time on the clock.
