Full Time Seasonal (Mon-Sat, PM Shift 3pm-Close, Seasonal Nov-March) I. SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position is responsible for supporting various job functions of the plant II. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Personnel working in this position assist with all areas of production, including, but not limited to rotation of product, staging of orders, bagging, etc. III. JOB KNOWLEDGE: This person is usually an introductory employee and must: a. Be able to lift cartons utilizing back safety procedures and precautions b. Be able to lift heavy sheets of plastic continuously c. Have basic math knowledge d. Conduct themselves in a professional manner e. Must have a working knowledge of the English language. f. Must be able to drive a forklift. g. Must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the crew and Supervisors IV. WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY HAZARDS: The personnel working in this position must be aware of surrounding forklift traffic and follow all plant safety rules. This position requires bending, stooping, heavy lifting above head, forklift, working outdoors and in cold room.
