Cash Paid Weekly
Client is 90 years old. She is able to go to and from toilet using walker WITH physical supervision. Must stand behind her at all times. Is a fall risk.
Needs help with showers 2 times a week. Getting into and out of shower.
Needs help with wiping, gloves provided.
Warm up food and drinks using microwave in her room.
Be attentive. Be alert.
This is an assisted living facility she lives in, so anything she may need, all you do is call or look for staff.
Medications and Food are delivered to her room.
