We’re looking for a skilled Building Superintendent to join our awesome team and be responsible for maintaining and caring for our 73-unit, beautiful senior living apartment community located in Lake View Terrace (near Sylmar). The ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years minimum prior experience in general maintenance and possess successful leadership experience, and experience working directly with vendors. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven work record repairing general maintenance items, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical systems, and unit turns. Prior experience in affordable housing and working with seniors preferred. We offer an hourly wage, 1-bedroom apartment + utilities, and other benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, 403(b) option, life insurance and paid time off.
