Looking for experienced maintenance technician familiar with doing apartment repairs, getting vacant apartments ready for new move in, patching, plumbing, electrical, changing fixtures, general repairs for apartments. Must have driver's license, own truck and tools and clean criminal background. Must have friendly, helpful disposition and be able to take direction and do whatever is necessary to complete the tasks at hand.
