GENERAL DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION Area: PuroClean Northwest, Lynnwood, Washington Status: Typical week is 30 hours (5-hours, Monday thru Saturday) Reports To: General Manager POSITION SUMMARY: This position encompasses a wide variety of roles and responsibilities requiring the ability to assess processes and company interactions from a bird’s eye view while also maintaining strong attention to detail. POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • First Priority: Vehicles: empty debris, remove equipment to be cleaned, replace equipment, clean, refuel. • Second Priority: Equipment: clean and maintain, tag for repair. • Third Priority: Shop: clean shop, bathrooms, office, sweep, organize. • Fourth Priority: Lot: clean leaves, nettles, sidewalks, driveway. • Fifth Priority: Field: assist as needed in debris hauling, cleaning, demo. Details: Top Priority – Monday thru Saturday • All Company Vehicles (Vans, Truck, Trailer and SUV) - Prep all vehicles so technicians can grab-n-go at a moment’s notice - Includes but not limited to: clean vehicle inside and out, clean equipment, organize, re-stock and refuel if needed - Generate & maintain a vehicle maintenance log & checklist All Other Priority Details • Keep shop in good, clean, and safe working order • Clean and organize all shop equipment – ready for use • Generate & maintain an equipment maintenance log & checklist • Learn about all equipment, supplies and products used and know them as well as the owner • Receive supplies/merchandise when delivered, check off from packing slip, safely move items to their area. Document for return • Keep an inventory of all equipment and supplies/merchandise entering or exiting the shop • Identify any missing, lost, or damaged equipment or supplies/materials and immediately notify the GM • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning duties • Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors • Gather trash, haul debris • Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facility • Review shop maintenance schedule and checklist • Maintain effective purchase/requisition system for products and supplies • Reduce waste • Ensure products are on hand to complete job • Inventory all products and supplies Qualifications / Skills: • Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours • Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time • Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions • Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals • Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules • Excellent communication skills • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work at particular heights • High School Diploma Must Have Skills: • Able to lift up to 50 pounds • Valid WA Driver’s License & Clean driving record • Cell Phone • ClockShark for timesheets • Experience with MS Office and Outlook email Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects Assist the Field Tech’s on jobs as needed.
