I need a ride from Middleton, MI to Petoskey, MI tomorrow before 4pm

I am currently stuck in a little town in the middle of nowhere called Middleton, MI 48856. I need to make it to a medical facility that I just got approved for a couple hours ago. Since it's so little notice my medical insurance company cannot help me and Uber, Lyft and taxis operate nowhere near my town. The closest friend or family member lives 4 hours away and has to work. If anyone lives near Alma, Carson City, St John's, or any of the little towns south of Mount Pleasant and north of Lansing and has a day to spend driving please let me know ASAP. Or if you know of any way I can get there by way of a service I'd also be interested.
