Need Some Ice Removed

I stay at the American Inn and use a walker. There is ice in the parking lot next to my truck and I can't get in the vehicle to get to the doctor. Need the ice removed so I can be safe. Need tools to be able to do this. I don't have any. Let me know if you can help and we will discuss pricing agreeable to both parties Would like to do as soon as possible please... Thank you Erick
