Part Time 2nd and 3rd shift Janitorial **Drivers license and vehicle required, sadly our locations are not on bus routes. **Cell phone required for communication during after hours. **Please respond with resume or typed out resume within email body. Thank you for looking at our janitorial part time, 8-15 hours per week, 2nd and 3rd shift position. This is a position that needs someone with the ability to clean, while also communicating with our customers. We are looking to schedule phone interviews where we can discuss the position along with your history and experience. This phone call will take 30-45 minutes and will cover your janitorial cleaning history along with any leadership and managerial history you may have. Our buildings; At this time the buildings we clean include basic dusting, garbage removal and vacuuming. Some include bathrooms, mopping, tile work and auto scrubbing of floors. Extra-large jobs in these accounts also include carpet cleaning and strip and waxing which will involve extra training and extra hours if needed. Some of the qualifications we are looking for; -As a Janitorial employee your daily responsibility is to support the General Manager in making sure your buildings are 100% clean on the nights you work. -Attendance and arrival time is a priority. We set specific start and end times to match the buildings hours. Some of the tasks are worked while the buildings are open others are after hours, so an ability to work alongside clients and our clients customers is mandatory. -Attention to detail. Each location we have has its own set of cleaning issues. Being attentive to detail and willing to learn are some of the most important aspects of janitorial cleaning. Knowing how to follow though and complete each day’s tasks 100% is what we need as an employee. Some extra Information about our company; -We try to make our jobs and hours as simple as possible. We are always looking for ways to cut costs while also saving on time and energy for you. If we can speed up your job and make it easier, I am all for it. -We try to keep our schedules the same week after week, so unless we have sick days or vacation days or just need coverage, your days scheduled will normally be your days worked each week. We also set you up to clean on the same nights you are responsible for your accounts. This is an attempt to eliminate the need to have you work on nights you are not scheduled to work if a team mate is sick. We cannot always guarantee that but we try very hard to make it so.
