If you're a team player with a solid work ethic and decent communication skills, YOU WILL LOOK FORWARD TO COMING TO WORK! The day starts at 8am. You will help put new product in the store then start your deliveries. When your deliveries are done, you load up the next days deliveries and go home. A delivery consists of bringing the appliance into the customers home, installing it and hauling the old appliance away. If you start at 8:00am and finish at 3:00pm you earn $96 for that day. If you start at 8:00am and finish at 1:30pm, you earn $96 for that day. For Saturday, its $62. (it's typically a shorter day) A five day work week is $497, a six day work week is $559. In annual terms the STARTING pay is between $26,000 to $29,000 per year while you work an average less than 40 total hours per week. Review in 90 days. This is a straightforward and uncomplicated position. If you do the following, you will excel. Follow safety protocols as not to hurt yourself, your co-workers or the customers. Be professional and pleasant when you are interacting with co-workers and customers. Be on time and show up everyday. Ask ahead of time if you want time off. Keep the truck cabin clean. If you work SMART you'll get done earlier and you will still have energy for the rest of your day. If you try to get over, you will be unhappy, you will find yourself complaining about everything and you won't last. I will save us both some time. QUALIFICATIONS: Basic proficiency with hand tools. (channel locks, drill, leveler, voltmeter screwdriver). Familiar with or willing to become familiar with driving an 18' box truck. Knowledge of the city for the purposes of navigation. Ability to team lift and team carry appliances or ability to learn. Experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
