Perform routine building cleaning, light maintenance tasks and related work as needed and assigned. This position requires efficient performance of building cleaning, room set up/breakdown duties for different events and some basic maintenance duties. The custodian primarily works independently on routine assignments and receives specific instructions on each new or unusual assignment.
