Beginning Mindfulness

Every Sunday in April at 7pm mst/6pm pst
Class will take 1hr. And will include a meditation practice, lecture, as well as tips on how to build a lasting practice in your life. A mindful practice can relieve stress, anxiety, fear, as well as build happier more meaningful perspective. All are welcome and invited to explore the possibilities of now.
