Builder looking for younger guy/gal just starting out and wants to learn the trade and gain enough experience to move on to the next step. I have been a home builder since 1982 completing 100's of home builds and renovation projects from additions,kitchens,baths,decks and all aspects of residential construction and i do it correctly and in a timely manner in which you will need to succeed in this business. You must have a vehicle and a license, you must not have to have your phone on you at all times,this is why you have a vehicle so it can stay right their and you can check at points during day for things of importance. I tell everyone that asks me why i do not answer the phone it is because i am working and i have answering machine so i can get hold of them at end of the work day. Drinking and drugs is a no no also as they do not go well with this business if you wish to succeed, i do not care about your own time but not on mine, spot you in a minute. Tools? It would be nice if you have your own hand tools. tool pouch,tape measure,hand square,utility knife, pencil, the minimum. Me? Please just listen to what i say and tell you to do, i am Pretty easy going now that i am older but of course you do not want to piss me off, not pleasant. Pay will be a minimum $ 15.00 hr to start and if you can get things done quickly and correctly i will compensate you more, i am not a cheap bastard that tries to get 30 cents out of a quarter.
