Cleaner/ Maintenance Excellent opportunity at a locally-owned property management company! Daily duties to include cleaning and performing light maintenance for apartment buildings in Dupont Circle. Perfect for someone who wants to learn maintenance. We are willing to train the right person. Good possibility for advancement for someone who is hard working and wants to learn. Must be able to take direction and work independently. Experience preferred Duties will vary from day to day and may include: -Cleaning of common areas -Apartment turn over (cleaning and maintenance) -Filter changes -Lightbulb changes -Preventive maintenance as assigned -Carpet cleaning -Hallway touch up painting -Snow removal - Must be able to lift 30 lbs Compensation up to $16.50/hour for experienced applicant.
