Are you the best cleaner you know? Do you love going into a space and leaving it more beautiful? We understand that sometimes working with the public is exhausting and not enjoyable for everyone. That's why we make sure our cleaners can put in their headphones and get the job done with minimal interruption or client interaction. Who we are looking for: - Amazing at cleaning spaces and leaving it vacation rental ready - Ability to work quickly but thoroughly - Ability to follow set standards and protocols - Able to use your phone with our apps to keep the Manager updated on the progress of clean, damages to property, and pictures to ensure guests check into a perfect vacation rental. (Don't worry, our software does not make you take up space on your phone for pics.) - Someone who enjoys doing the work but doesn't want to have to do administrative tasks - Experience in cleaning is a plus but not required. Whether you don't have experience or if you do, you must be willing to learn how we do our cleans. - Must bring a positive attitude daily and be willing to work well with co-workers or alone. - Someone who wants to make money and grow in a company - Flexible schedule that will include weekends and rotating holidays - Have reliable transportation - Likes to have fun and can laugh when things get crazy - Have great attention to detail - Loves having happy customers and 5 star review bonuses - Highly responsive - Must be an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR and be willing to communicate and over-communicate with the Director of Operations - Takes pride in work!
