Professional Credential testing facility seeks after-hours cleaner twice a week. The office is located in the East End Offices located on 122nd Ave between Halsey and Glisan. All cleaning supplies will be provided. The office is a professional credential testing facility catering to the medical field, financial industry, and grad school applicants to name a few. On average we see anywhere from 10 to 30 people a day. The daytime employees take care of basic cleaning and disinfection throughout the day per company policy.
This position is for someone to come in after business hours and maintain the upkeep of our public areas like the main lobby, break room, and two bathrooms. Duties include vacuuming, light dusting, cleaning glass windows, and taking the trash out at the end of the night. Tuesday and Friday evenings would be preferred, payment is $300 monthly, and all cleaning supplies will be provided.
