Recommendation please!

Does anyone have recommendations for a low cost veterinarian. We took in a family members dog and she is a medical mess. We haven’t delt with dogs before so this is new to us. We had no choice but to take her in because they were just going to abandon her. With that being said, we checked around and the emergency vets prices are definitely not in our budget. Please can you point us in the right direction! Just a side note, we are keeping her. Thank you in advance!
