Job Summary:
Responsible for execution of on-site customer service functions for Specialty Bolt and Screw, Inc., through the delivery and maintenance of vendor managed inventory programs.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent.
-High School Diploma and 3+ years of proven experience as a material handler or similar position.
-Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially excel.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to critically think and problem solve with minimal direction.
Requirements:
· Strong ability to professionally represent Specialty Bolt and Screw at all times.
· Scan and put-away material to replenish stock avoiding stock-outs or surplus.
· Ability to communicate with internal teams and customers to alleviate any on site issues.
· Trouble shoot and resolve problems with systems and find solutions to eliminate future issues.
· Maintain appearance and cleanliness of inventory area at customer’s facility.
· Maintain logs, reports, records and documentation.
· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
· Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 30 lbs.
· Be able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
· Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
· Be able to freely access all areas of the customer’s facility.
Job Type: Part Time, Flexible Hours 5-10 hours/week.
