Affiliated Building Maintenance is a multifaceted facility maintenance provider that is currently seeking sub-contractors for Retail and Commercial Cleaning services. Duties include but are not limited to: • Day Porter Duties including: o Pick up litter/debris o Clean trash bin lids o Remove trash from dumpster enclosures o Remove cobwebs & graffiti • Window Washing • Parking Lot Sweeping • Commercial Cleaning in office and/or medical office buildings • Daily reports for services being provided including pictures Requirements: • Valid Driver's License • Cell Phone/Camera • Email address • General Liability insurance ($1million dollar minimum) • Auto Insurance • Strong Communication Skills (English and/or Spanish) Janitorial Duties: - Commercial Cleaning of offices and/or medical office buildings - Cleaning of restrooms - Sweep/ mop/ vacuum - Empty trash bins/ change liners - Dust horizontal surfaces - Wipe down windows - Removal of cobwebs/ litter We are a loyal company seeking reliable team members to grow with us in West Valley Phoenix & Colorado locations.
