We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced prep/cooks with a positive and can do attitude. * Candidate must 5+ years' experience working in restaurant, catering, or professional kitchen * Prepping and Assembling dishes according to recipe * Chop vegetables, prepare meats, weigh and measure ingredients * Read reports * Cleaning, Washing, and Sanitizing kitchen equipment * Be able to work independently and take initiative * Food Handlers Card * Monday to Saturday 6am to close
