We are looking for a thorough, part-time maintenance person to take primary responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of our premises and equipment. The ideal candidate would have a background in maintenance or a construction trade with a working knowledge of electrical and plumbing system maintenance and repairs as well as the ability to operate a loader tractor and a vehicle towing a trailer. Landscaping and pest control are also included in the job description. You will not be working directly with horses and livestock but some familiarity is preferred since you may occasionally be asked to assist others in doing so. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Wage is $18.00-$20.00 DOE. Benefits include paid sick leave and vacation, discounted veterinary services, and a matching 3% IRA contribution beginning the second year of employment.
