Must have proof, in hand, from a licensed vet, of ALL shots, blood-work and physical exams, being up to date for the age of the dog, IF asking an "adoption/rehoming fee". No items need accompany the dog. Please refrain from emailing about local rescues/shelters. We check them all regularly and they have our information already. If you are local and have a dog for us, please email current pictures, age, gender, adoption fee, location and a reliable contact number. ABOUT US: Small family seeking hypoallergenic and/or low to no dander/shedding dog. We are interested in a Shih Tzu, Maltese, Poodle, Havanese, Portuguese Water Dog, Pomeranian, Schnauzer or Yorkie. Mixes of these breeds are welcome. NO shepherd, husky, lab, bully breeds, doodles or mixes of those. We prefer a spayed female dog 2-6 years old. MAY consider a younger dog, IF FULLY housetrained and fixed. No unaltered males will be considered. We are long time homeowners with a large, clean home and privacy fenced yard. We have 2 boys (1st Grader and 10th grader) and 6 (3 yr old) laying hens. No more children/babies are in our future and we do not rent. We have no dogs currently. We will NEVER own a cat due to severe allergies.
