I am looking for a handyman that knows how to do the items below. My home is in Killeen 76542. 'I WILL FURNISH ALL MATERIALS'! 1-Repairing or replacing damaged shelving/cabinet floor under bathroom and kitchen sinks. 2-Replace weather strip around front exterior door. 3-HVAC condensate drain line is discharging at the foundation next to the compressor unit. Need to add an elbow and extension to move water away from the foundation. 4-Replace kitchen faucet. 5-Seal bathtub faucet at the wall. 6-Replace toilet tank guts. 7-Repair mechanical drain stop in the sink. 8-Wood trim on the front exterior wall should be resealed. 9-Repair sliding door leading to the rear exterior. It is difficult to operate. 10-Tile/shower insert in bathroom shower should extend above the shower head. Recommend repairing to prevent possible moisture damage to the drywall below the shower head. 11-Wood trim around garage door requires resealing. 12-Repair gaps noted on the seams/joints of the fiber cement board siding. 13-Repair wood trim around rear patio posts have water damage. and missing trim pieces. 14-Repair and re-seal wood trim on the exterior wall corners. 15-Repair and re-seal fiber cement board trim on the exterior wall at several areas. 16-Repair and re-seal wood trim around exterior windows where there is water damage and wood rot. 17-Reseal exterior wall penetrations.
