Need some1 with RMO and Contracting License

I am working on a project in NY and I need someone with a RMO who can lead my team. I already have workers doing 90% of the work I just need someone with an Responsible Managing Officer license to help me get the access to the apartment building. Im in the process of getting my license but it will take several days so i just need someone who I can work with to help me finish my ongoing project. Pay is 35 an hour with a Commission after the job is completed. If you do not have RMO and contracting License please just ignore me. I already have helpers.
