We have a strip and wax coming up in Columbus OH January 27 and January 28. These are 2 nights over-night lock in services. You must have experience with stripping and waxing. You must have your own equipment. Mops, Mop Buckets, Floor Stripping Machine (or be able to rent one), Fans etc. You will lock in January 27th at 9:30 pm and come out the 28th at 9:00am. You will lock back in January 28th at 9:30 pm and come out January 29th at 9:00am. Again you must have experience and your own equipment. This is a two person job, so if you have your own help and we do not have to pay someone else, that would increase the pay as well. We will supply the chemicals and garbage bags to use inside your mop buckets. There has to be two technicians on site. Also in order to be paid, you must use the IVR system to clock in and clock out. Instructions will be on the top of the work order. You must also have the work order signed stamped and dated. Last, but not least, you must take and send before pictures, after pictures and pictures while work is being conducted.
