Landscape Installation Project Manager We’re seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and focused Landscape Installation Project Manager to stage, manage, oversee and follow up landscape installations for up to five installation crews and to interact with builders, homeowners and vendors as needed to successfully complete each installation. The Landscape Installation Project Manager will interact with the landscape architect, owners, estimator, management, builders and homeowners in order to schedule, procure all materials, manage, and follow up installations from client approval to completion to warranty completion. Ensuring quality, project efficiency and managing budgets are additional requirements as well as smoothly managing change orders and site specific challenges. An extremely strong understanding of plant material, heavy experience in landscape, irrigation, hardscape and landscape lighting construction methods as well as strong organizational skills, leadership skills and effective people skills are all required. Experience and knowledge necessary in skid steer operation, transit operation, plan reading, plant material, and turf types. - 3 years managerial experience preferred - 2 year degree preferred - Valid NC drivers license - Spanish speaking is a plus Benefits include: Health insurance, 401 k retirement program, yearly bonus, 1 week vacation, 9 paid holidays and 1 week sick leave. 10 hour shift, Monday - Friday.
