HANDYMAN, Maintenance part to full time/hourly reliable transportation, own power tools (chop saw, skillsaw, tile cutter, pneumatic nail guns, prefer lazer for tile, etc.., basic residential home repairs, trim carpentry, install closet trim, vanities, replace built-in microwaves, minor framing, install picket fences, hang sheetrock/mud sand in small areas, lay cement board + tile work, replace lights, toilet repair like flappers and hardware, clogged drains, replace PVC, leaking roof, replace facia and gutter, paint decks and some trim, replace windows and doors, put down laminate, change lock sets, pressure wash, clean etc… you need to be able to walk in, define problem, solve it with minimal gaps and true or level tight and cleanly. All properties in Durham. Pay is hourly. We can allow you to do your own jobs on the side if desired. Need minimum 2 days a week but have plenty of work to keep busy full time. We have a large portfolio of rental homes and we are building more.
