We're a Triangle based property management company seeking motivated maintenance technicians to join our RAPIDLY growing team. We are currently seeking maintenance team members for our Raleigh, Durham, and Holly Springs locations! Successful candidates will have working knowledge in the following areas: -Plumbing -Electrical -Painting -Make ready turns -Maintenance of grounds -Residential Service Requests -On call and after hours emergency service requests -Ability to multitask and prioritize -Excellent customer service Requirements: -Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation -A/C, EPA or HVAC certification (or be willing to obtain) -Apartment maintenance experience preferred, but not required Employment eligibility, background and reference checks will be performed.
