Skilled Maintenance Supervisor Needed!

Growing Property Management company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor in Raleigh. Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance; carpentry. This position requires participation in after hours emergency call rotation. Our maintenance team is customer service driven which creates a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents. Our company owns and manages all their own properties which provides stability! Requirements: •Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years trade related experience •Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance. •EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal). •Willing to share on-call with other team member. •Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required. •Background/criminal check and drug test will be conducted.
