I'm a makeready/Turn key contractor and I'm looking for a full time make ready tech for regular maintenance on units. This is long term position if you actually know what your doing. Must know light plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, door repairs and doing things that are included in our punch lists. Hours are from 9am to 5pm m-f. Pay is every week.
