I’ll be moving to Dallas in about 20 days. Staying with a partner for 30 days or so, but am looking to get my own place asap. Does anyone know someone in the north Dallas area that would want to be my roommate? I have excellent credit score, excellent payment history (1 loan payed off in full), stable income + commissions income Looking for something safe/affordable. Preferably under $1000 per person (all things included,electricity, AC, Water, Trash, ETC.) I’m an Aquisition manager at an amazing real estate company and would love to live with and have another real estate professional to grow with together. Let me know!! I’m 21 years, would like to stay with someone in my age range preferably 😂 Looking for: 2 bed 2 bath rentals under $1800/mo Or as low as possible, while still being a safe area *North Dallas* prefer Garland, Richardson, Plano areas
