* Huge opportunity * Wildlife X Team is hiring a Sales and Service Specialist to run day to day operations of protecting homes and properties from nuisance wildlife. We are a growing company with lots of opportunities. www.wildlifexteam.com -JOB DESCRIPTION Perform detailed inspections and estimates on potential client's homes and businesses. Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers which includes inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry work, and working at roof top levels. Perform live trapping of animals as needed. Build internal and external relationships. Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment. Commissioned based compensation, you will get a weekly draw and at the end of the month a bonus is awarded on percentage of work sold and serviced. - QUALIFICATIONS Experience: -General Construction 1 year -Sales Experience 1 year Clean Driving record with 3 years of driving experience - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. - Must be able to climb and be comfortable with Ladders (Roof Inspections & Attic Inspections) - Ability to be in attics and confined spaces - Must have a positive attitude
