I'm in the midst of selling my old farmhouse and of course the inspectors come out and you know their gig anyways there's a couple of freekin furry Rascals upstairs my attic that I need out and something from a licensed exterminator that they're gone everybody can live happily ever after.... I'm retired disabled veteran so don't have a lot of moolah so please don't kill me but I do need your help closing on my old farmhouse on Wednesday so something needs to be done today or tomorrow
