Job Description : Royal Palm Property Management, a residential property management company, is seeking construction, maintenance, and property inspection pros who are tech-savvy and know their way around an app. We are looking for someone to conduct field investigations on properties that we manage. As a field inspector, you will be responsible for driving to the property location, documenting the condition of the property, conducting home evaluations, ascertaining any potential problems, and writing up inspection reports. Inspections on both occupied and vacant properties required. Field Inspector Responsibilities: Receiving and processing inspection orders (through online system) Driving to site locations (company car provided) Conducting visual inspections of the property Photographing all areas of the property Performing home and equipment inspections Documenting potential problems and areas of concern in APP Compiling and presenting inspection reports Conduct move-in, move-out, semi-annual, annual inspections Routine check of vacant properties Routine check of exterior occupied properties Placing and removing lock boxes on properties Deliver notices as needed Skills: Ability to deliver quality work while meeting firm deadlines Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Critical thinking skills Attention to detail Intermediate PC skills Familiarity with mapping software Basic understanding of building types & materials ***Company car, phone and I pad provided*** Requirements: Computer skills Clean driving record Pay is directly determined by your property inspection experience and knowledge. Training will be provided.
