xperienced Lead guitar player with some vocal ability looking for a working/gigging band. Established, working, TOP 40 cover band is looking for their female lead singer to co front the band. We play on avg 4 times per month. We play at bars, clubs, food truck festivals, private events and weddings primarily in NJ but also NYC. We play anything and everything from the 80s 90s 00s and Today's current radio. We pride ourselves on the flexibility of our songlist and all of the different genres and eras we can cover along with our high energy and fun mashups that everyone loves. We think of our band members as family and have alot of fun doing what we love but we also take it seriously and work hard at our craft. We are looking for the following qualities in our next lead singer:In search of a female vocalist to write lyrics and sing in a dream pop/post punk/shoegaze band. If you play an instrument, that is a huge plus! Musical influences include Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Diiv, Pinkshinyultrablast, Mazzy Star, Beach House, Siousxie and the Banshees, Alvvays, New Order and so many more. Looking to form or join a cover band. I play many styles of music from hard rock to country and everything in between. Anything to get them up dancing and having a good time works. I also, have my own practice space and full PA ready to go in the PG county area. Must be dedicated and serious about playing. Been doing this for about 35 years so no beginners please. Pro equipment and transportation a must. Would like to get with a booking agent like Starleigh or James Turner and play anywhere from 3 to 6 times a month on average, when the band is ready.
