Description

A 2-hour class that will prepare you with comfort tips, position ideas, pain-relieving tools and more!! A unique and fun class designed for learning and "coaching". Contains information such as relaxation techniques, creating a positive and peaceful environment, breathing techniques, comfort massage and pressure points, and positions that help encourage labor as it transitions through all stages of birth. A class to explore and engage with your partner but bringing a pal or another pregnant friend is also encouraged. Held at the beautiful Indigo Physiotherapy in Baltimore, you'll enjoy space to spread out and free and safe parking in the adjacent parking lot. BONUS: for each ticket, you will receive a free pass for a Prenatal Yoga Class of your choice for an Indigo class. Cost: $85 for 2 persons and includes workbook with bonus information.
