Join Cookie Artist Kate from Casi Cielo Cookies for a Valentine's mocktail-themed cookie decorating class at the umbrella dry drinks pop-up shop this February! Learn the basics of decorating cookies with royal icing while sipping on a signature mocktail, and leave with 5 of your very own sugar cookie creations. Kate will teach students various royal icing techniques and her personal tips & tricks for baking and decorating in her signature classic-and-cute art style. Students will leave the class with their decorated mocktail cookies, Kate's sugar cookie recipe, and a cookie toolkit with recommendations and tips for decorating at home. No experience is required! We are so excited to be hosted by umbrella dry drinks at their February pop-up location, The Seedling Collective! Each ticket includes a complimentary mocktail to enjoy while decorating, and you are invited to stay and sip through the umbrella dry drinks menu with a 20% discount after the class concludes! What's included? Included in each event ticket are all materials needed for decorating five (5) Valentine's mocktail themed cookies (pre-baked cookies, pre-colored & measured icing bags, decorating tools like scribes, scissors, place mats, paper towels, etc.), hands-on instruction from Kate, and Kate's own sugar cookie recipe.
