Description
Where does Oklahoma Stand in terms of how we address the needs of crime victims?
Oklahoma spends in excess of $500 million annually on corrections. If we combine that with every dollar spent on reentry and diversion, the judiciary, politics... The money spent would exceed $100 million. In comparison, how much do we spend on victims of crime? Do we give even a fraction of our time, money, and other resources to the victims of crime? This forum will speak to the needs of victims and the attention Oklahoma must give this critical sector of the justice system as we pursue Justice Reform.
