Rehoming 10mo puppy

*LOCATED IN VANCOUVER, WA* We are needing to rehome our puppy. Rex is a 10 month old male German Shorthair Pointer. We have had Rex since he was 8 weeks old. He is intact. He would make a great hunting dog. He has been great with our 3 kids, other dog, and would like to be friends with our cat. He knows basic commands such as sit, lay down, roll over, shake, stay, leave it. He loves to train and is clicker trained, he is NOT food aggressive. He loves plush toys soo much that he tends to destroy them. He loves to run and get lots of pets and snuggles. He loves to watch birds and point. Rex does have some scarring on his back paw due to an injury he had in December and the bottom of his paw pad is healing up as well so he currently goes outside with a boot. To be completely transparent, He has been crate trained since 8 weeks but has recently started crying in the kennel when he’s in it during the day but not at night. Rex will need a home where there is plenty of space to run and play. He would do well in a home that has other animals that like to play. He is a high energy dog, he will need physical activity but also requires mental stimulation with games and puzzles. I am a stay at home mom and Rex has never been left home unattended for long periods of time so I am unsure how he’d do in that situation. Please send me a message or comment if your interested. Rex will come with all of his items such as kennel, collar, harness, leash, adventure boots, puzzles, toys, blanket, food/water dish, and whatever food we have for him in a dog food storage container.
