Fun Mom & family walk to start the Baby & Kids Expo! Help us raise funds for Columbus Diaper Bank at this .25, .5, 1 or 2 mile walk! Ends Thursday 2/3 ** Date: Sunday February 27, 2020 - 11AMLocation: Polaris Fashion Place (1500 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240)Start Location: Lower Level near JC Penny's inside the mallDistance: .25, .5, 1 or 2 mile walk through the mall (all indoors)Start Time: 11AM (all distances)NO PETS ALLOWED (strollers are fine and very welcome!)Must register by 2/16 to be guaranteed a T-shirtWho can participate: Not only moms, but dads, grandparents, kids, babies, guardians, aunts, uncles, cousins or anyone looking for a fun family walk : ).Baby & Kids Expo (Registration / Learn more): Coming SOONThis is your unique opportunity to walk through the Polaris Fashion Place in this fun and exciting walk. You are also helping us raise money and awareness for the Columbus Diaper bank - a non-profit organization focuses on helping to provide diapers to parents in need. Fun Course & Stations: This is a super fun walk with a winding path through the Polaris Fashion Place. Along the way you will stop by up to 4 fun stations (at each station you'll be able to pick one of these items): Fun Station #1 (.5, 1 or 2 miles only): Cookies!!Fun Station #2 (1 or 2 mile only): Mystery Item!Fun Station #3 (ALL): Mini Stuffed Animal!Fun Station #4 (ALL At Finish Line): Free Access to Bounce Park at Airhouse Columbus 11AM - Noon + Finish Line Medal!! Fun Event #5: Baby & Kids Expo - starts at Noon! Stick around for all the fun!You will see the various sites within the indoor shopping destination in a unique way. Feel free to bring strollers, or other fun ways for you and your family to enjoy the walk! Donation Optional Item: Please feel free to bring any unused diapers or diaper packs that can be donated to the Columbus Diaper Bank. Baby & Kids Expo (Noon -3PM): Once the walk is completed enjoy the fun, activities, resources, entrainment, and information that is a part of the 2022 Baby & Kids Expo! Race Day UpdatesRace Day Updates on the Mommy & Me Wak will be either posted on the KidsLinked Facebook page or via email. Final runner instructions will be sent the week of the race. Spectator InformationFriends and family are welcome to watch and cheer! Only walkers with an official race bib for Mommy & Me Walk will be allowed on the course. Inclement Weather PolicyThe Mommy & Me Walk will start as scheduled at 11am for distances regardless of rain, snow or cold temperatures (it is indoors). Please follow KidsLinked for constant updates and listen closely to all public address announcements on Race Day for information and instruction.
