Hello, over a year ago my property in Manchester was condemned due to 100 years of electrical modifications by prior owners. I've recently completed top-to-bottom electrical renovation approved by the city. The next thing the town is requiring is for a licensed HVAC contractor to certify the 2 furnaces are good. There are some criteria I can't decipher, it's probably not as simple as just turning them on. I am happy to pay your hourly rate for the time you spend on this project or working with fire marshal.
