Lab needs a new home

I am looking for a new home for my 10 year old yellow lab. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and it’s killing me to have to get rid of him. He’s very friendly, smart and affectionate. He loves getting attention and petted. He does not act his age, he loves going on walks and swimming. Small rehoming fee because of all the horror stories. I just want him to have a good loving home where he’s taken care of.
