Pisco Sour Essentials Join ACE and Fran Bremer to learn the essentials of the Pisco Sour with some tips and tricks straight from the Andes. Participants will learn a little bit about the history of Pisco, pisco sour, how to prepare the basic mixer and its variants. Fran was born in Viña del Mar, Chile and lived by the ocean until she moved to the US in 2018. Since then, Facu, Chris and Fran, live at the Hillton right across the street from Chickadee lift. She love crafts of all kinds, but spends her time mainly crocheting and baking. In order to attend or teach indoor Alta Community Enrichment events, you will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
